JR and Tenay welcome us to the show and announce that our main event is a tag team match with Ric Flair and JWL World Heavyweight Champion Chris Benoit teaming up against Raven and Stevie Richards and that Raven will be challenging for the gold at The Great American Bash.

Awesome attacks Orton right off the bat and throws him around for a bit with power stuff. Orton resorts to cheating and resting to counter, drawing boos. Orton gets a neckbreaker for 2. Awesome fights back and regains control. Orton bails and tries to escape into the crowd but the BOOGEYMAN is there and scares Orton back into the ring! Awesome finishes with an Awesome Bomb for the pin at 5:30.
LG: "Here is your winner, MIKE AWESOME!"
Awesome then gives Orton a Batista Bomb, drawing Batista out for a confrontation. Both guys engage in trash talking until Batista leaves, taking Orton with him.

Riot and Trish have a good match with Riot controlling most of it and Trish getting in some good offense of her own. Trish takes control, to the shock of the crowd, with some Chick Kicks and goes for the Stratusfaction but Riot blocks it. Riot suplexes Trish and finishes with the Riot Twister Elbow (twisting top rope elbow drop) and the powerbomb for the pin at 5:30.

Rey and TAKA proceed to have an excellent match filled with high-flying and technical wrestling. TAKA controls for a time but Rey fights back and goes for the 619, but TAKA avoids it. TAKA then DDT’s Rey and mocks him by hitting him with the 019 (the calling code for Morioka, Iwate, Japan), which draws major heel heat. TAKA then hits a brainbuster and finishes with the Michinoku Driver #2 for the pin at 7:30.

Kaientai beat Rey down until Jerrelle Clark makes the save. Clark challenges Funaki for next week and Funaki accepts.

We are challenging you to a TABLES MATCH at The Great American Bash. Finally, the JWL World Tag Team Titles will be around the waists of the greatest team ever, the Dudley Boys. After the Bash is over, Raven's Nest will control both the JWL World Heavyweight Championship when Raven beats Chris Benoit and the JWL World Tag Team Championship when we beat you in our specialty, a tables match."
D-VON: "OH TESTIFY!"
(The Dungeon of Doom's music plays, bringing out the Tag Champs and manager "The Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan.)
TASKMASTER: "DUDLEYS! The Faces of Fear have beaten you before and they can beat you again. The Dungeon shall be victorious twice at the Bash, once when Kamala beats Kane and a second time when the Faces of Fear put you through those tables."
The Dudleys attack and brawl with Meng and the Barbarian for a bit until security breaks up the fight.

Saturn and Angle have an excellent match filled with great, stiff technical wrestling. Saturn actually controls for a time. We get several minutes of solid back-and-forth action until Saturn takes over and hits the Death Valley Driver for the pin at 9:30!
LG: "Here is your winner, PERRY SATURN!"
Angle's stablemates Christopher Nowinski and Bret "The Hitman" Hart run out to attack Saturn, but Gangrel, Luna Vachon and Crowbar make the save. Bret issues a challenge for a six-man tag match at the Bash, and the Misfits accept it.
LUNA: "Since we are issuing challenges for the Bash, I have one of my own. Sable - Miss SAAAAble, get the hell out here. I demand a one-on-one match with you at the Bash!"

Luna goes to attack Sable but Gangrel holds her back.

The Horsemen enter the ring and soak up the adulation. Flair struts the width of the ring and Raven has to restrain Stevie from strutting with him.
We get an exciting stiff match with a mixture of old-school style from Flair and the more updated styles of Benoit, Raven and Richards. Flair and Benoit just chop the hell out of the heels, with the sounds echoing throughout the arena. Raven and Stevie take control climaxing in Rhino goring Flair and Raven hitting the Raven Effect on Benoit for the shock pin at 10:00! Raven just pinned the JWL World Heavyweight Champion!
LG: Here are your winners, RAVEN AND STEVIE RICHARDS!
Flair struggles to his feet, but Shane Douglas runs in and attacks him. Shane issues a challenge for the Bash and Flair, though groggy, accepts.
JR and Tenay wrap up the show, thank everyone for watching and remind us to watch next week's show and to watch The Great American Bash on PPV.
