(Elijah Burke video package)
Opening match: "The Human Suplex Machine" Taz (w/Paul E. Dangerously and 911) vs. Elijah Burke
Solid wrestling to start, with the younger Burke working well with the veteran Taz. They go back and forth for a while. Taz gets some 2-counts off some Tazplexes while Paul E. shouts encouragement from the outside. Burke fights back and gets in some good offense plus some cheapshots. Taz misses a corner charge and Burke hits the Elijah Express for the pin at 7:00.
LG: Here is your winner, ELIJAH BURKE!
Burke celebrates his win as Taz grabs a mic and demands a rematch for next week. Burke accepts.
(Cade/Murdoch video package)
The Redneck Wrecking Crew (Trevor Murdoch and Lance Cade) (w/Khosrow Daivari) vs. The Hardyz
Classic speed vs. power match, as Matt and Jeff fly around to try to counter the RWC's brawling style. Both teams get some good offense in and some 2-counts. Matt goes for the Twist of Fate on Murdoch but Murdoch shoves him into the corner where Cade decks him. Jeff goes to respond but Daivari trips him up from the outside. With referee Chad Patton distracted, the heels beat down Matt and hit the Sweet and Sour, leading to Murdoch pinning Matt at 9:00.
LG: Here are your winners, TREVOR MURDOCH AND LANCE CADE, THE REDNECK WRECKING CREW!
Daivari celebrates the win by handing Cade and Murdoch some hundred dollar bills. Daivari takes the mic and calls out the JWL World Tag Team Champions the Faces of Fear and manager Jimmy Hart and demands a title shot at Vengeance. Hart accepts for his team.
(Video package covering past encounters between Super Crazy and Little Guido in ECW)
"The Insane Luchador" Super Crazy vs. "The Sicilian Shooter" Little Guido Maritato
Great action from the start mixing high-flying and mat wrestling. The crowd is torn as to who to cheer for, giving both guys great reactions. Guido goes into a subtle heel role, drawing good heat and getting the crowd to cheer for Crazy even more. They go back and forth until Super Crazy is able to take control and finish with a powerbomb and the triple-rope moonsault for the pin at 10:00.

Jacqueline vs. Melina Perez
JR notes that this is Melina's JWL in-ring debut.
The more experienced Jacqueline quickly takes it to the younger Melina, but Melina is talented enough to keep up with the veteran. They both get several 2-counts on each other. Melina clips Jackie's knee, and works over it for a while. Jackie tries to make the comeback, but the knee keeps bothering her. Finally, Melina locks on the California Dream (Muta Lock/inverted STF)and gets the tapout at 9:00!
LG: Here is your winner, MELINA PEREZ!
The crowd is shocked. JR notes that Melina is the second person to make Jackie tap out in the JWL, the other having been Jazz at The Great American Bash.
Melina beats up Jackie some more until D-Lo Brown makes the save. Johnny Nitro follows and attacks D-Lo. D-Lo challenges Nitro to a match next week and Nitro accepts.
"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer (w/Beulah McGillicutty) vs. Dustin Rhodes (w/"The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes)
Dreamer and Dustin have an exciting match with solid work from both guys. The crowd cheers Tommy on against the hated Rhodes. Dusty tries to distract referee Tim White but Beulah low-blows him and hits him with the cookie sheet! Back in the ring, Tommy hits the Death Valley Driver for the pin at 8:00.
LG: Here is your winner, 'THE INNOVATOR OF VIOLENCE' TOMMY DREAMER!
Crowd cheers.
(Burmese Python video package)
Mikey Whipwreck vs. The Burmese Python (w/Khosrow Daivari)
The Python throws Mikey around for a while, with Mikey bumping like a beach ball. Mikey fights back for a few minutes but it's all in vain. The Python chokeslams Mikey and finishes with Beyond Rangoon for the pin at 6:00.

Crowd boos.

(Ron Simmons video package)
(William Regal video package)
Ron Simmons vs. William Regal
JR notes that while they have no real history with each other, they have both been WWE World Tag Team Champions on several occasions. Simmons held the belts three times as Faarooq with Bradshaw as the Acolytes/APA, and Regal held the belts four times, twice with Lance Storm, once with Eugene and once with Yoshihiro Tajiri.
Good, stiff, solid wrestling match from the two veterans. Simmons uses his power stuff to counter Regal's scientific wrestling and cheating. Ron takes control and crushes Regal, finishing with the Dominator for the pin at 8:00.
LG: Here is your winner, RON SIMMONS!
Rhino attacks Simmons after the match, but is interrupted by another video warning Rhino about the Casket Match against the Undertaker at Vengeance.
(Video package covering the JWL World Heavyweight Championship Tournament.)
Main event: "The Hardcore Icon" The Sandman and 2 Cold Scorpio vs. Christian and "The Big Red Machine" Kane
The heels enter separately, while the faces come out together to "Enter Sandman."
JR mentions that Sandman and Scorpio were ECW World Tag Team Champions in 1995. Interestingly, Sandman lost the ECW World Heavyweight Title to Mikey Whipwreck the same night he and Scorpio won the tag titles.
We get an exciting match, with a mixture of high-flying, wrestling and brawling. Christian takes a beating from the faces, drawing great cheers. Christian finally tags in Kane, who clobbers the faces for a time. Sandman takes over with the Singapore cane, as referee Chad Patton is being very lenient here. Kane fights back and throws the faces around some more. Christian wants in and forcibly tags himself into the match. A bad move, as Scorpio hits him with an enzuigiri and a 450 Splash for the pin.
LG: Here are your winners, the team of THE SANDMAN AND 2 COLD SCORPIO!
Crowd cheers. Kane beats up both faces as well as his own partner, blaming him for the loss.
End of show.
