Setting: WWE RAW, Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Des Moines, IA October 25, 2004.
While the show has been going along as usual, there has been a mysterious covered cage suspended above the ring with no explanation. After the main event, (Ric Flair d. Randy Orton), the cage suddenly lowers down into the ring, and the sheet is pulled off, revealing a "Chair of Torture" a la the Chamber of Horrors Match at WCW Halloween Havoc 1991! JR, Lawler and everyone are totally confused, since no announcement of anything like this had been made at any time. All of a sudden, Ivory, Molly Holly and Victoria barge in, dragging a terrified Stephanie McMahon with them! They throw Stephanie into the ring and hook her up to the Chair of Torture!
("No Chance In Hell" plays, bringing out Mr. McMahon.)
STEPHANIE MCMAHON: "Daddy, get me out of here!"
MR. MCMAHON: "I just wanted to say, Happy Anniversary Stephanie! Congratulations and I wish you well on your (beat) FUTURE ENDEAVOURS! Ladies, be my guests!"
The Divas do Rock-Paper-Scissors, and Molly gets the honor of pulling the lever! Stephanie screams and does a job of selling the "electrocution" about as well as Abdullah The Butcher did back in 1991.
Stephanie slumps over and is barely conscious when she hears the one sound NOBODY in WWE wants to hear.

To the crowd's delight, THE UNDERTAKER makes his way out with a CASKET! The Divas unhook Stephanie and Taker rolls her into the casket, shuts the lid and pushes it to the back, as the crowd chants "Na na na na, na na na, hey hey hey goodbye!"
