Video tapes can be a helpful tool in ones practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. They cannot take the place of a teacher, but if they help one to remember the exercises and motivate, then they have served the purpose. Try not to worry whether you are doing the form perfectly or not, just enjoy the effort and know that you are benefitting simply by deciding to do something good for yourself.

Each tape sells for $30 + $3 shipping & handling
