Pokémon Stadium 3
Shigeru Miyamoto was interviewed on an American radio program called "Video games museum 2000" last week and mentioned that Nintendo is currently working on a third installment of Pokémon Stadium. Pokémon Gold & Silver will be compatible with the new version and said that they were busy programming 276 Pokémon (26 different Annon shapes are included).
And on a similar topic, Pokémon Stadium will be coming to the U.S. March 8th, 2000. Box Art has been released as you can see.

Gameboy Advance will be released in Japan this year sometime and to go along with it Nintendo will be releasing yet another Pokémon game. Pokémon Online X will have special features to take advantage of Gameboy Advance's online ability by letting players battle each other over the phone lines.
Burger King Rumors
I have heard that Batman will end relatively quickly at Burger King, and that something else Pokémon is supposed to come out. The workers aren't exactly sure what. They say its something about cards, but they don't understand, or have not been told the whole story, so I don't know too much.
