Pokéworld
Well, guess what? Aside from the fact the Pokémon is as popular as Mickey Mouse, Japan is getting it's own Pokémon 'Disney Land'! Japan is getting a new Pokémon Theme Park. Said to be called "Pokémon World", the construction of this [estimated] 47,000 square meter theme park is set to begin at least a year after a location is found. If sales go well, which they are projected to be, it may be brought to key places in America (ex. New York, Los Angles, Orlando, Las Vegas). This place may be so good to bring in fans from around the world! Lets hope this thing comes to New Zealand soon after Japan.
Pokémon College
Karol Miller, junior at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, has actually started a Pokémon class to teach trainers under the university's Special Studies Division! Why'd she do this? After being asked constantly about anything and everything Pokémon in the comic shop she works in, the idea just came to her. Finally a reason to go to college. :-)
