the verge of stalling on the ramp of the bridge over the Mississippi River.

A winter storm completly froze northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas,
a couple of days before Christmas. On Christmas day, trains are stopped
for the break. This westbound freight has SD40X KCS 700, one of only 4
ever built.

freight toward Mississippi the day after the Christmas break.
