Show Information And Rules For Vendors
(1) To reserve table(s) payments in full must be received
no later than thirty days prior to the show date. If full payment
is not received by said date, your table(s) will be offered to the next
vendor on the waiting list. There will be NO exceptions to this rule.
(4) Vendors selling reptiles, mammals, birds etc must have the appropriate licenses. This is your responsibility. (5) Vendors must supply their own tablecloth or purchase a plastic one from us. (6) TWO vendor badges are included with each table purchased. (In the event of extenuating circumstances such as children, additional vendor badge may be purchased per table for $3) No table may have more than two badges assigned to it unless approved by Aviculari Productions Inc. All badges will have the name of the person and the company. (7) Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting 6% Florida sales tax. Send taxes to: The Florida Department of Revenue, Carlton Building, Tallahassee, FL 32399. (8) Please sell your animals accurately and honestly explain your guarantee is and how a customer can contact you. Please try to give out care sheets and business cards with purchases. If your Reptiles are not acclimated to captivity, please explain this BEFORE the sale. (9) Aviculari Productions Inc. Reserves the right to ask you to remove any animal off your table that does not appear well. (10) No venomous reptiles are permitted (11) NO vendor is permitted to pack up before show is officially over! Thank you for showing with us! Please stick to the rules. Complaints
about a vendor will be looked into and any vendor being dishonest, or has
not kept his guarantee or that we receive many complaints about, will not
be invited back to show with us. This is OUR show, so think Yiddish
and Act British and together we will do well.
