Are you being tuned, or tickled?
Along with "Hell, Sin, Holiness, Eternal Damnation, Jesus the ONLY way of salvation, the Fear of the Lord and Apostasy," the "Blood of Jesus" is among keywords that are being left out of the majority of Christian media! Living in the last of the last days (1 Tim 4:1-2), being even closer than when we first believed (Romans 13:11) knowing the Lord is coming quickly (Rev 22:12), even at the doors (Matt 24:33), what seems to be the focus of sermons? Any true man of God like the apostle Peter, will be preparing the hearts of people to be ready for the Lord! "Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?" 2 Pet 3:11-12
So I ask the question again, "Are you being tuned in to what the Spirit is saying to the Church, or are you being tickled?" Do you hear the sound of the trumpet in the mouths of the watchmen? Or do are you being rocked to sleep by pied pipers in the pulpit? (Leaders, please take time to read Ezekiel 33)
"Abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh"
Beloved, I urge you to stand back and take a nonbiased view into what is being taught as "true" Christianity! There are highly esteemed preachers who claim that they have developed their faith to work for them. Putting the Apostle Paul (A true man of God) to their "faith test" and failing him saying, he didn't have to go through the sufferings he did if he would have developed his faith! You don't want to be lead by a blind man, do you? If you do, you will sadly suffer the same damnation they will, you both will fall in the ditch. Jesus said, "…In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) Whenever it comes down to what anybody says and what the Bible says, please go with the Bible!
Read your Bible and just ask yourself some common sense questions: Is this what Jesus taught? Is this what the early apostles and disciples focused on? Did they stretch out one hand and beg for money while with the other hand command us to just put our faith in God? If there was such an emphasis in the early Church on the urgency of souls, forsaking this world, the eminent return of the Lord Jesus, a judgment is coming, why are we building our kingdoms and saying, That day, O that day is for another time far, far away!

How precious is the Blood of Jesus anyway? What is one drop worth to you? What was one drop of water worth to the rich man that went to hell in Luke 16:19-31? One drop of the Blood of Jesus is worth more than all the stuff people are selling theirs souls for to the devil, in the Day of Judgment!!! The deceitfulness of riches and the cares of this life are things we still need to be on guard against. "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:" 1 Pet 1:18-19 Without the shedding of His blood there is no remission of sins.
