"The Best of Both Worlds?"

     Sometimes in our greatest efforts, we can be doing the greatest harm, and what we thought was doing good, in reality, is damning people to the uttermost!!!  "These are the darkest days of deception!"  Another Jesus is being presented and preached by the multitudes!  TAKE HEED unto yourselves dearly beloved!  TAKE HEED unto the Word of God! The following is an email response I received from someone who read "Christians in the Hands of a Jealous God."

 I don't understand why you would "bash" the Christianity in things like clubs and music. God gave us music, it belongs to him. It's the devil who has perverted those things that God has given us. Such things as, Music with a message that glorifies Him, or clubs for hurting and unsaved teens that wouldn't step foot in a church.

     If this is a misunderstanding of what I read then I apologize. However, to a baby Christian, what you have written would bring confusion. It's not conforming to the world that these ministries are attempting to do, but to take back that which the enemy has taken and perverted for himself.

     Again, if this is a misunderstanding I do apologize, if it is not then please get all the facts and try not to be one-sided about what the Church is trying to do in this world.

I'm not sure to which one you are referring to about "Christian NIGHT CLUBS" so I'll try to answer you based on just what you said.

  
  Ephesians5,  is a great chapter! Eph 5:8 says, "For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:" "Ye were" past tense,  sometimes darkness (the old man, and everything we did as the OLD MAN: clubbing, drinking, smoking, cursing, fornication, cheating, stealing, lying, etc) is not to be named once among us as becometh saints (v3).  But Now (present tense) we are "Christians," we are to walk as children of light, a different lifestyle, that after Christ!  "Christian"  means "Christ-Like,"  it's not something you get because you went to Church, IT'S something people call you when they see you're like Jesus (Acts 11:26)!  God never owned "Rock", "Rap" or "Night Clubs!"  That is fruit of the god of this world, the devil, he is the owner of all such lies and rebellion!  Please don't be deceived into thinking that these are God's; He is Jealous, Holy, and still a Consuming Fire!  
  Eph 5:11 says, "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them."  As much as we are not to carry over the old man into our new life, we are not to take what the world offers to their god and offer it to our God!  Ask King Saul IF God what pleased?  (1 Samuel 15)

"But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.  Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?" 1 Cor 10:20-22

  I'm not trying to knock peoples endeavors to reach the lost, but the Lord commissioned us with only one bait to reach the lost; THE CROSS!  He said, "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." John 12:32
Jesus empowered us with only one tactic to reach the lost; to preach with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven! 1 Peter 1:12  when we don't do it like they did, we resort to all kinds ungodly tactics such as "christian NIGHT CLUBS"

I hope this answers your question.  I have done my research, gathered all the facts, partaked in the making of music and personally tasted the power behind music!  My conclusion is, I rather be on the Lord's side regardless of who says what, and I pray that you do too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no doubt that you know the Lord, our God. And I agree with every scripture that you quote in your letter. However my belief is that God, Himself, has created all things. And, if I can use these things the way He intended(IE "night clubs") to glorify and exalt the name of the Lord, and to lead the lost to Him, then I will. Thank you, for taking the time to read my letter. If you would like I'll even send you updates of what the Lord is doing with this ministry. May the peace of God be with you always!!

     The reason I'm showing the email exchange is because most erroneous beliefs come from being under the influence of anemic preachers who have been plagued by leeches of false teachers.  It may or may not be the fault of this precious saint because he hasn't been taught, "This is the way, walk ye in it" Isaiah 30:21.  What is really being portrayed to the world when we create things such as "Christian NIGHT CLUBS" is, hey guys "You can have the Best of Both Worlds" you don't have to give anything up to follow Jesus!!!!!  You don't have to DENY YOURSELF like some kind of religious fanatic!!!  Take up a Cross???  All you gotta do is TRY  Jesus!  What we're telling them is, "IF rock was your thing in the world, man wait until you try 'Christian' Rock!"  Whatever sin filled lust you had out there, you can have in here, just find your niche and you can have Jesus too!"

CHRISTIANIZING THE "OLD" MAN LIFESTYLES AND LUSTS IS ERRING FROM THE FAITH AND SETTING PEOPLE UP FOR DECEPTION!!!  SELAH!  Many people may not know any better because of being ensnared and taught by "worldly" so called believers!  Pray that this precious saint "Ephesins5," will break this vicious cycle of deception, come out from among them (the worldly), being separate, touching not the unclean thing, that God may receive us (2 Cor 6:17-18)!

 

1 Corinthians 9:19-23 ???

 

19        For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

20        And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;

21        To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.

22        To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

23        And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

    

     One deceived woman misapplying the above Scripture would have sex with men, then sit on the side of the bed and so called, "shared christ with them???"  Is this winning people to the Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible???  Shall we build a mosque ("for God's glory" of course), furnish it with Arabic writings and enmities to win the Muslims?  Shall we distribute free beer to draw alcoholics?  Shall we appeal to the lusts of sinful man through rock /rap music and christian night clubs?

!GOD FORBID!

     We need to identify with people in that knowing who they are, where they come from, understanding what they been through and how that they can connect to Jesus!  (e.g. "I use to be where you are, living MY own life; drinking, shooting up, cursing and stealing.  But I met a man, full of grace and truth, who said IF I would follow Him, IF I would confess and forsake my sins, that His blood which He shed for me in my behalf to pay for my sins would cleanse me from all unrighteousness!!!  O' how great is it to be clean and free!  He loves you this much too!)  I can help you get out of the pit of sin if I throw a rope down to you, not by jumping in there with you.

     One more thing to consider, if people won't step foot in a Christian Church, but will step foot in a christian night club, it's probably because they really don't want Jesus, they want a diluted jesus; they want the best of both worlds!  They don't want to be convicted!  We don't get people in the Kingdom by hook or crook; you may be able to get them into your club or join your Church; but no man comes to the Father unless the Spirit draws them, the Spirit of conviction!
