Christians in the hands of a Jealous God

'End-Times Deception'
Chapter 1

In the year of our Lord 2002,

In the midst of the falling away as spoken by the Holy Scriptures (2 Thes 2:3), there has been a subtle shifting from "the faith" to "a form of godliness" that has swept through mainstream "Christianity" like a devastating storm, not sparing the flock! (Acts 20:28-32)

According to 1 Timothy 4:1-2; Matthew 24:4,5,11,24, the greatest threat in the "End-Times" is not the blatant opposition to the truth, but "DECEPTION." Deception comes in many forms, but this particular type of deception is of the worst kind because it is the unholy mixture of truth and error (1 John 4:6). A preacher once said, "The Church in times past infected the World, now, the World is infecting the Church; infecting it in its values, thought, culture, etc." And if we were to put Christianity on a timeline chart of 2,000 years, anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear would be able to understand that there's something dangerously different about modern Christianity. Previous generations apparently would be classified as a "counter-culture," because their lifestyle was opposite of the world around them! Today, Christians are become more of a "sub-culture" instead, blending in the world's values and thoughts, not coming out from among the world and being separate/different (2 Corinthians 6:17), but rather becoming like them, instead of Him (JESUS).

Conformity

Never before have we seen such conformity to the World as we are seeing in modern Christianity today. People who once followed Jesus whole-heartedly, doing the things they never would have done when they first got saved! Reverting back to the old lifestyle, to the lusts of the old man, justifying their worldly passions, and still claiming to be Christ-like a.k.a "Christians." The worst thing we could do before a Jealous God and a consuming fire, is to start Christianizing everything instead of repenting and asking God to deliver us as he delivered "just Lot." Instead, we adopt Christian-This, Christian-That, Christian-Rock, Christian-Rap, Christian-Night Clubs, etc. Where will the conforming to the world stop? Will we soon have Christian-Prostitutes? Christian-Bartenders? This is not to be made funny or taken lightly. Many already, in Lutheran and Methodist Churches claim they're "Christian Homosexuals!" Why wouldn't it extend into Christian-Prostitutes? It's the next step! What do you think happens when you're back-slidden in heart? Do you think the devil wants to leave you with just drinking alone? No, He not only comes to steal, but seeks to kill and to destroy (John 10:10) the simple and unbelieving. People want a religion that will not condemn them of all their ungodly deeds (Jude 15). There's a One World Church coming together made up of the deceived, reprobate, religious and ungodly! Another preacher once said, "I need to warn you of a generation to come that will preach a faith without repentance, religion without the Holy Spirit, a salvation without Lordship, and a Christianity without Christ ." God is not mocked, we're living in such a generation! A generation that will see more people demon-possessed that ever before! A generation that will be defined by the word "reprobate," (2 Corinthians 13:5; Luke 18:8) but, He that endureth to the end, keeping the beginning of our confidence stedfast until the end, the same shall be saved! Mark the word, We are on the brink of seeing some of the most vile things to become "Christianized."

We can’t really pin point when the shifting began, God knows. 9.11.01 just seemed to enhance everything that was already going on. But rest assured, rest with us, that the generation in which all these things shall be fulfilled appears to be us! Maranatha! And with preachers preaching as if the day of the Lord is far off, our master delayeth His coming, and we’re building our kingdoms and dynasties for the here and now, it is no wonder how Jesus said it will come as a thief in the night, that will leave MANY in the dark when the "atomos" happens. Who knows with the way that deception has gripped the hearts of many preachers, that, the day after the Rapture just might be another day, as usual. It's been about 4 months since the infamous 9.11, and many preachers have gone back to business as usual, oblivious and unaware of the Babylonian Spirit that has breached the perimeters.

Yesterday, Today & Forever

No matter what is next to be Christianized, these Scriptures are like being engraved in stone, eternal, and forever settled in Heaven…

"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." 1 Cor 6:9-11

"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." Gal 5:19-21

"But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light" Eph 5:3-8

"Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:" Col 3:5-10
