For some people, naming names is offensive! However if it's something good we are naming them for, there seems to be no problem with naming names. Nevertheless it was practiced by the early Church, so whether it was naming names for commending good (Phil 2:22; 2 Tim 1:16-18) or for warning others of false doctrine (Phil 4:2; Col 4:17; 2 Tim 2:17,18; 4:14,15; 3 John 9,10; etc.), it serves a purpose! Likewise, it would be an injustice for me to warn of the dangers of what these people to teach and not tell you who they are that are teaching them, for you to be aware! Romans 16:17 says, "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. (Compare Phil 3:17) But because of "having men's persons in admiration because of advantage - Jude 1:16", people don't associate the difference when you tell them true Bible teaching contrary to what their favorite preacher says. (Romans 3:4) They just believe everything the preacher says even if there is scriptures that clearly contradict what they teaching! (1 John 4:1) That is the strength of the deception wherein the Apostle Paul warned us, "that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" 1 Tim 4:1 and wherein Jesus warned us numerous times, "take heed that no man deceive you. Matt 24:4!!! So if it was a humble man of God striving to do the best he can, I wouldn't be harsh; but if it's a man, arrogant, known for preaching heresy, and that without apology, Titus 1:13 says to "… rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;"

Tony Evans is such a man teaching heresy, supporting the devils doctrine known as "Once Saved, Always Saved!" In order to strengthen the hands of evildoers, that none does return from their wickedness, (See Jeremiah 23:14-17) these preachers are teaching that there is a difference between being a "Christian" and being a "Disciple!" You don't have to be a "Disciple" to make it to Heaven, that's just for "rewards." In other words, you can be "saved", but you don't have to "obey" Him! You can have Him as your "Savior", without Him being your "Lord" and "Master." Tony Evans "is a liar" according the beloved Apostle John (1 John 2:4) And if John said it, don't get mad if I say it.

See IF JESUS says there is a difference between being a "Christian" and being a "Disciple!" And IF JESUS doesn't line up with the Gospel according to Tony Evans, then it's Tony Evans you need to reject, not Jesus!

I write this message so there will be an instance to recall at the judgment! What you do is up to you, but remember you will stand before a Holy God who is a consuming fire.

Mr. Evans: You lied to the people and spoke of "so great salvation" and made reference to the only thing a Christian can lose is rewards, not heaven! a.k.a. "once saved, always saved"
