This is to all those people who might be wandering how to make a shop caller like the one in Star Ocean. Well here it Goes.

Make an Item , make it a switch item, call it whatever you want.

Then go to Common Events, make one called what ever you want, make it require no switches, Now in it Add a Fork condition, in Switch put the switch item you made in it and put it ON, then click OK, then call shop put all the items you want, then inside that same fork, put A change switch and put it triger and that's all folks!

<>Fork Optn:Switch [####-what ever you called it] - On

  <>Call Shop:

  <>Change Switch: [####- same switch of above] Off Set or triger depending if its unlimited or not.
