MIAMI MANIFESTO “When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a descent respect to the opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation. We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, and that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness-“ Thomas Jefferson These words are as True in the Miami of the Year 2000. As they were true in the 13 colonies of the year 1776. Our rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness have been violated. The US has passed obstructing Laws for Naturalization of foreigners; passing laws to discourage the migrations to Miami, The US has imposed Taxes on us without our consent. The US has transported us beyond our county to be tried for pretended Offenses. The US has excited domestic insurrections amongst us. The US has infringed on our freedom of Speech. The US has infringed on our freedom to peacefully assemble. The US has violated our rights to be secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects. The US has violated our right to be protected from excessive bail. The US has committed cruel and unusual punishment on us by imprisoning us for peacefully assembling. The US has violated it's own 9th amendment. The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the PEOPLE. The US has violated our Tenth amendment rights. Powers not delegated to the US by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the PEOPLE. The US has forced upon us a federal dictatorship. Were none of our elected officials can make a decision that is not overturned by an American official.
