About God
My Best Friend
I would like to tell you a little bit about my true best Friend.
He is the only friend, that I can say without a doubt, that will never betray me!
He will always love me no matter what! We don't have many friends that we can say this about.
He only asks one thing of me, and that is to follow His Commandments and Laws.
I know that I have a tough battle ahead of me to fulfill this one requirement for His unconditional love and friendship,
but I do know that with God all things are possible. He will be by my side every step of the way.
Today it is a struggle to figure out what is right and what is wrong. Satan is trying his hardest to pull God's children his way.
He has even convinced someone to change Gods' Commandments, such as the Sabbath Day. He has convinced people to make the first day of the
week (Sunday) the Sabbath, instead of the seventh day (Saturday), which is the day God made the Sabbath Day. This is the only commandment that
God begins with, "Remember", because He knew His people would forget. Anyone that truly studies the Holy Bible should know when Gods' true Sabbath is, but
of course that is the problem, NOT MANY DO STUDY, they depend on their preachers, pastors, etc. to lead them the right way.
God tells us in the bible that there are and will be many false prophets. The only way to avoid these false prophets is to study Gods' Word for yourself. Your lives
are in your hands, please open your bible and study it thoroughly, make sure what your preacher, etc. is telling you, is what Gods' Word says.
Time is running out my brothers and sisters. You need to decide who you want to serve, God or Satan, you can't serve them both for as the scripture says in
Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Please give God a chance, if you don't like Him and His laws, Satan will gladly take you back.
Ten Commandments
Exodus 20:3-17
- Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
- Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the chilren unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me: And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
- Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.
- Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God; in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
- Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
- Thou shalt not kill.
- Thou shalt not commit adultery.
- Thou shalt not steal.
- Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
- Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever, believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but the world through Him might be saved.
