BEFORE BROWARD COUNTY,
Andy had life.
Andy worked hard enough to accumulate some of the pleasures in life. One that he enjoyed was his race car.
Of course, like his business, his home, his wife, his son, his health and happiness, everything else is gone too.
Can anyone even begin to repay Andy for the pain and suffering Broward County Jail and its employees have caused him? Can anyone give him back his life or return his property? Of course not.
BUT THOSE RESPONSIBLE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
THEREFORE we hereby hold Deputy Mora responsible for physical abuse and Deputy Pritchett for refusing to give Andy his legal right to grieve such treatment.
JOHN TEDERBERG and Major. ROBINSON are responsible for committing a sane man to "The loony bin" when they knew the abuse was taking place. We hold Sgt Tate of CrimeStoppers terribly responsible for tattling on Andy's effort to get help so Deputy GONZOG, Sgt PALMER, and the "big tall blonde deputy" could starve him and "hog-tie" him and cut the water off to his cell.
Deputy GONZOG is also to be held accountable for Andy's physical abuse, just as Deputy McCLOUD is responsible for using his outlaw brother to frighten Andy, putting him at great risk.
Deputy FENNEL and Major KOHNKE are at fault for trying to cover it all up by forcing/bribing Andy to sign the waiver of prosecution and the nurse is to be held accountable for his/her participation in the drugging of Andy Lepel.
WE charge that the BROWARD COUNTY JAIL participated in medical abuse, physical abuse, substance abuse, mental abuse, beyond all semblance of legal.
We hold that the Broward Police Department is guilty of false arrest and charge that their unprofessional actions and nonchalant attitude on the day of the first arrest were tantamount to impersonating real "Police Officers".
AND WHERE ARE THE FEDERAL AUTHORITIES WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING SURE THIS ISN'T HAPPENING IN BROWARD COUNTY JAIL?
