Mr. Moore, your staff here at Lake Butler is playing sex games with these juveniles by cutting undershorts out like G-strings and making the kids walk around in them saying how fat their ass is and they want to put dicks in them ass and fuck them. They play sex games with us all and have most of the kids that is not strong crying and asking not to be degraded by playing sex games with us and violating our rights as 'youthful offenders'.

In violation of juvenile rights not to be degraded by staff by playing sex games and made to wear panties type boxer shorts and walk with them on in front of other inmates with the officers stating (and we quote: "Boy,you got a FAT ASS... I feel like fucking you or letting you get laid by these other inmates, that way they can bust your ass." Unquote.

The warden, the colonel, and other people in security knows about this sexual harassment by the guards and isn't doing anything about it, but saying "kill them if they tell anyone about it." So lives is being threatening. They are being sexual harrassed by the staff ever day, by having most of the juvenile to walk around in G-String type undershorts, being degraded to the point that they started cry from all this. [The strong ones who resist the games are severely punished]

The law states the following on staff and what they know and what they should know in them surrounding:

When the inmates refuse this abuse, they get punished with D.R. for not walking around in G-String type boxer shorts.

All this degrading cause mental anguish, mental stress, corporal punishment and reckless endangerment of human life, and putting these kids through this type of punishment will "scar" them for life;

We are asking for $100,000,000 million dollars in damage for this type of abuse of juveniles here at NFRC, Lake Butler Florida, I-Dorm officers.
