Taking a left from Main Street USA, you will notice the scenery change quickly. From a sweet, old fashioned town square to a lush, large, green jungle, untouched by modern man. Only a small row of outpost supply buildings sit among the large trees and bushes. This is Adventureland. Here you can set sail on exotic rivers, ride a magic carpet, croon with island birds, and swashbuckle with a band of fun-loving pirates. Just be careful, because dead men tell no tales!

The Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse

This attraction is the answer for all those who do not have a stairmaster. While not the most exciting thing in the park, it is very charming. As you ascend and descend the huge tree by stairs, you see the living, dining, and music playing area's that the family Robinson inhabited. The biggest problem is usually the guy in front of you that really wants to look at everything and take pictures. You can't get by him and will be in the tree for a long, long time. The Robinson theme has been replaced with Tarzan elsewhere, no news on Orlando's.

The Tikki Room: Under New Management

The original Tikki Room has been replaced with a new version featuring Iago from Aladdin and Zazu from the Lion King. Although I really miss the original bird show, this show is a very good one too. The show has great new songs with a beat. And the lighting for the room looks like something in a dance club.

The attraction still has many of the old animatronics, which makes the change forgivable. But the new animatronics, including a very cool Tikki God with red, glowing eyes that appears in the middle of the room, give the show a new kick... in other words, people don't just do it to get out of the heat anymore. Also, listen out for Phil Hartman and Don Rikles playing the preshow birds in a humorous skit.
