We were the first ship to visit some of these islands since WW2.
Our time spent in Japan was to repair a main shaft journal that lost
oil & to repair a hole in bow put there by a tug
trying to help us get underway. I have never seen the "OLD MAN" so
mad , he told the tug to get away from his ship or he would blow
him out of the water.!!!
