First off, we would like to warn that all dishonest traders will NOT be tolerated. YOU CAN BE CHARGED. We will soon post legal documents entailing crimes such as Internet Fraud and Breaking a Contract. These are serious offenses, with serious consequences. LET THIS BE A FAIR WARNING. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET IN OUR BAD BOOKS! TRUST US…
Our trading rules and processes are as follows:
1. You must send first if you inquire first, especially if you are purchasing an item. We do make exceptions for certain trades, but we’re pretty strict with this rule.
2. We will e-mail you the day we receive your payment/traded item and send your item(s) the very next day. (Should it be a weekend, we are still able to put it in the mail. It will leave the post office for 9 AM pick up on Monday.) We then e-mail you after your package has been stamped into the post office.
3. We would appreciate it if you could e-mail us to let us know when you receive your package. This helps us to familiarize ourselves with the postal system and makes us knowledgeable with regards to the length of time it takes a package to arrive to a specific location.
4. Should we become regular trade pals, we then have no problem with sending “same day.”
5. PAYMENT: We accept Canadian or American currency. If you do send cash, we are not responsible if it gets lost in the mail. (You took the risk!) Also, be sure to conceal it well in the envelope. Dark paper is always smart...and don't send coins! International money orders are also accepted, but your items won't be sent until it is cleared. We can also accept cheques from any major Canadian bank. Again, your items will not be sent until it is cleared.
6. Be honest about the quality of your merchandise. No surprises please. We try our best to help you set your expectations of our merchandise.
7. If we organize a trade, and then you disappear and don't reply back to e-mails for weeks, then obviously, we have no choice but to assume that you never sent your promised item, and probably never will. If you fail to communicate on a regular basis, chances are, the trade will be off. We are always eager to receive our promised traded items, and if we have reason to believe that we will never get it from you, we will look for other people to send us the item. Your package, should it ever arrive, will be "returned to sender." Let that be a fair warning. (We will notify you if we have made this decision because of your actions, or lack of actions for that matter.) We can't sit around and wait and guess when you sent the item when someone can send us the same thing in a weeks time!
