Montreal
The largest French-speaking city outside of France. These quebecoises love their French and love to make you feel stupid for not speaking it. Despite that, though, it's a really nice place to visit. There's the historic area with cobble-stone streets reminiscent of Rome and the modern area with some beautiful skyscrapers, all along the St. Lawrence River. Make sure you don't lose too much money in the Casino or fall coming down Mont Royal.
