A larger Eastern European country that is just emerging from the Communist rubble. Although I only got to Krakow and Zakopane (in the Tatra Mountains), it was a really interesting place to see and experience. Though you should probably avoid Polish Mexican restaurants, unless you like cabbage in your burritos.
