Yes it will fit a Scrambler. I've had the bolt pattern set to a standard

CJ rear frame pattern, so any CJ works from 78-86, Scrambler included. I still have it for sale and can pull it off the Jeep anytime. Here's a few pics of it still attached, comes with all the Tomken attachments for a hi-lift and gerry can.

1 custom rear tire carrier/bumper. custom made version of the super strong

3/8" boxed steel bumper w/ a modified Tomkin Machine tire carrier. Has

2 1 ton tow points, rear reciever hitch, light, Tomkin Machine bracketry for both the Gerry Can and the Hi-Lift jack. Comes w/ Gerry Can, but no hi-lift  or pour nozzle. Modified to accomodate larger spare, up to 38", and give better departure angle.
