~My Best Friend~
As down life's road we travel,
Over hills and round the bends
Many people we'll encounter,
Very few will we call friend.
And of the few we call our friend
One stands above the rest
And to the word "friend",
We will simply add "my best"
She knows when I am happy,
Cries when I am sad.
And no matter what life sends me,
Says"it's okay, it's not so bad.
A shoulder I can lean on,
An ear that I can bend,
A heart that feels my sorrow,
The sign of a true friend.
Though miles apart, in spirit,
She's always by my side,
And the love I have for my best friend,
Is something I can't hide.
She's the rock I aways turn to
She's my anchor, my best friend.
And these words that I have written
Are for her,my best friend Lynn
Written in appreciation for such a wonderful friend

These words were written by my very best friend, Ginger!
I love and appreciate you girl and miss you so very much. You're always in my thoughts and prayers and I thank
God for the "special" friendship that we two share.
There are no words to express my emotions as I read this poem.
You're the sister I never had!!
I always try to give the proper credit for all graphics, poetry, etc.
on all of my webpages. If I've missed anyone, my sincerest
apologies to you and if you would be so kind as to
e-mail me, I would promtly see that you receive the credit due
or remove the item, whichever you'd prefer. Of course,
I'm hoping you will graciously allow me to use them . Thank you and God Bless
