ADOPTION RULES
1) Pick out the puppy you would like to adopt!
2) Send me an e-mail at yelowkiwi@aol.com with the following information!:
Your name!
Dalmation # you want to adopt!
Your new dalmation's name!
Your web page name!
Your website url!
5) Make sure you specify with the dalmation's number, if it is an xmas puppy, a puppy, or a pair.
4) Link back to my site so the people who visit your web page and see your puppy have the chance to adopt a puppy of their own!
6) Place the pupyy on your site/computer so he/she can enjoy their new home!
NOTE: None of the info sent on the form will be put on this page except for your new dalmation's name and your web page link.

Now the clipart is public domain and you an use it if you want to for anything, HOWEVER I would appreciate it if you would let me know if you want to adopt one so I can link your page here, so myself and everyone can see all of the homes where the puppies have gone! So e-mail me, it's beneficial!
