Subject: Attention Warden Solomon & James Crosby
To correct the Sergeant's name – It is Grover, Sgt Grover.Since my first email I have received 2 more letters from Jason. He is clearly in distress. He is not getting my mail. If he were he would be calmer as I have promised to get him some help. I don’t have a problem with that.
He tells me in a detailed statement that he was beaten by Sergeant. Grover & he was told recently that he will be in lockdown until December. In a cell that was covered with pepper spray.
I want to know exactly what the charges are, where this investigation is, what his medical condition is.
I want my mail delivered to him – it’s not a post office issue – I checked.
I am trying to get in touch with your investigator, Miss Turnage – she doesn’t answer & there isn’t a way to leave a message.
