Spring Family Campout

This fun event will definitely be an activity that will bring your den together!
Camp Tanakeetah is a beautiful camp, where nature will sing you to sleep at night.
There will be some activities planned for you to do, and there also will be down time where you can discover the camp at your own pace.
Meals are not provided and that will give you the chance to work with your scout on some advancements, by having your scout help prepare a meal or snack. It works out wonderful when Dens share the cooking and cleaning, so no one has to bring lots of food and spend lots of time cooking and cleaning.

This is the only facility in our local area where the boys can earn their BB's and Archery belt loops under the supervision of certified range personnel.

Dates for this Campout are April 26-28th. Pricing is $15 per person with a max of $45 for a family of 3 or more. Wristbands will be distributed and those who sign up will have to check in at the gate for your wristbands. Payment must be made to the pack no later than April 5th to ensure that we forward payment to council and get them a list of participants. There will also be a performance by the Hitchitee dancers that weekend!

If there's a remote possibility that you can attend, this would be such a great experience for your son. There are canoes available to rent, there's a huge swimming pool and tons of fun to be had! So please join us!
