Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is Disney's Flagship hotel and belongs into the deluxe hotel category. It is a very stylish hotel but of course, since it is a Disney hotel, very family friendly. Just recently Disney has expanded this hotel and so I can't really say much about the new additions, since it has been a while since I stayed at this hotel. You can also have tea at the Grand View Lounge Tea which is served to you with all the little perks like ˇclairs. After you arrive and checked in, a staff member will drive you to the building which houses your room in a little golf cart. This Hotel's architecture is designed to make it look like it was built by early Spanish settlers. The Grand Floridian is connected to the Magic Kingdom Monorail line and you can reach the Magic Kingdom by ferry also. As a Grand Floridian guest you will get access to such recreation facilities as five championship golf courses, a health club (16 treatment rooms, open 6am - 9pm), four kinds of pools, a sand beach and much more.
