Inmate Watch USA** Investigating THE ROCK
Rev. Ron Schulte

"We turn to God for help when our foundations are shaking, only to learn that it is God who is shaking them." -Charles C. West

Rev.Ronald Schulte

My name is Rev. Ron Schulte. I'm a retired Private Investigator, Bail recovery agent, deputy sheriff, jailer. I cannot stand to see injustice. I am a reverend in the order of ST. Paul.  This group is a Human Rights group fighting to end severe abuse to prisoners in the federal, state and local jails in America. Location: Chipley, FL

Our Prayer for The Rock

On this somber date, we remember all of the brave men and women at the twin towers in New York, who gave their lives in the line of duty. These people wore their badges with courage and honor. Unlike the unfortunate guards who mock their brave memories by abusing innocent men and women who are in their "trusted " keep. We pray for the lost souls of September 11 who died at the hands of cowards. We pray for the uneducated people who wear their badges in shame and mock the memories of our fallen heroes, that they find in their hearts the path of righteousness and truth: That they confess their sins in front of the Lord and their fellow officers: That the prison guards and sheriffs who mock the sacred documents of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, find in their hearts the courage to do the right thing. May our fallen heroes rest in peace.  Amen

Inmate Watch USA** is now investigating the ROCK and the alleged conditions and human rights violation in the Stephens County Jail. My sources tell me that the investigation has turned up some confirming information.

**Inmate Watch USA attempts to pursue the investigation end of the human rights problem. Rev. Ron Schulte, who heads Inmate Watch USA,  is looking for volunteers in every state, especially in the Panama City, FL area

This was sent to us from Rev Ron Schulte. Inmate watch USA in the near future has plans to have an operative arrested in Duncan City or in Stephens County so they will have someone inside. "We will be able to find out if the people we are concerned with are safe. We will find out if this "Rock" is open or closed." The beautiful part is there is no way the bad guys running this place can find out who the operative is. When the time comes for criminal trials of all parties involved we will have eyewitness testimony to give in legitimate court of law. Then they will find out what the life of a prisoner is like. The Rock has been Closed. But the abuse goes on.  The Rock was closed without explanation for two days, but has reopened - nothing has changed.

"I am working to try to get religious leaders to back this program. The Broken Badge Award will be awarded by us for shameful behavior or acts by prison guards or police or sheriffs for shameful and despicable lack of care or Human Rights' Violations.  We will bestow this dubious honor once a month and this page will be a history. Our GOLD STAR AWARDS will praise institutions and individuals that are professional or have done a good job in human rights."

I sent this to democratic HQ in Oklahoma . Now I'm going to send it to the republican HQ. I will email any replies. Ron

I am writing in at this time to inquire the official policy regarding the mistreatment of prisoners in Oklahoma jails? I started working on a project MTWT presents THE ROCK, Stephens County Jail, Duncan Oklahoma because I was contacted and asked for help. But as I get deeper into this problem I see that on the governors page they even have a link to explain about prison complaints. I say to myself G is it so bad in the state of Oklahoma that they have a link to explain abuse it must be really out of hand.  Can you please tell me, this origination and our members what is the policy of abuse against state and local prisoners?  Many of these complaints are pretrial. Meaning they have not yet had a trail so they are innocent until proven guilty. After you see the link and I urge you to ,you may understand just how serious this really is.  Thank you
Sincerely,

Rev Ronald Schulte

Duncan Oklahoma Follow up story
Inmate Watch USA
Stephens County, OK  Human Rights witness arrested
Sunday, September 05, 2004

Director Reverend R.D. Schulte of Inmate Watch USA, a Christian human rights agency, stated "We have made small steps forward but positive ones nonetheless. Our hats go off to the citizens who spoke with us and the TV stations. It is unfortunate that several people brave and patriotic enough to speak out against this oppression are being punished and pursued by locals with the authority to make arrests.

Our sources inform us that some of the citizens in Duncan that spoke up about jail conditions have been placed under arrest "with promises of more to come." One person with misguided authority was heard to have said "Let's see her cause trouble now."

Director Schulte states it is a sad state of affairs for the poor citizens in Stephens County, OK.   When these citizens get free and they will sooner or later be freed by courts of higher appeal, the civil suits that theses citizens file in federal courts will be astronomical in proportions.  The legal and financial repercussions will be felt by the good people of Stephens County Oklahoma for decades to come. All this because of the actions of a few misguided people and their lack of knowledge of basic human rights.

I feel that one of the saddest of all the problems associated with this case is the fact that innocent people are being punished by tyrants for their own reasons.  The people we speak of are and were unsentenced prisoners and in The United States Of America they are innocent until proven guilty by a jury of their peers. I guess the local powers that be in Duncan Oklahoma forgot that.

I am in earnest when I say I hope all federal agencies watching this drama unfold, will move as quickly as possible to prevent any more injustices from being done. I have knowledge that both presidential camps have been notified of this problem and I am hoping that helps.

Who knows if people can no longer talk freely to TV stations or Human Rights groups, maybe it will be the freedom of the press they attack next in Stephens County, Oklahoma.  Maybe it will be freedom of Religion they attack. It has to stop before someone is maimed or killed.

We are hoping this story receives the national coverage it so deserves. I have personally sent a letter of request to a United Nations human rights unit to review this despicable act of silencing honest and innocent witnesses and to follow up on the safety of these witnesses in this jail.

We can only hope with the right influx, outside people will be brought into Stephens County to inspect the jails and to watch any proceedings against these witnesses. With prayer to our Lord we hope the Justice Dept., will review this case and make the proper citations or arrests for abuses of power. We urge the local BAR in Oklahoma to start their own investigations in Stephens County, Oklahoma.

This agency under my direction will cooperate with any authorities seeking injunction to protect any of the human rights witnesses in Stephens County, Oklahoma. In closing, we waiting for an answer from His Holiness in Vatican City  in Rome to condemn these acts against innocent women and prisoners.
End of report.
