August 8th, 2002


It's almost over. ::sigh:: I will miss my apartment, that's for sure. It's really BIG. :) 
And I will miss all the cast members I really got to know. But out of everyone here, two 
people really stand out: Christi and William.

When I first met Christi I was worried she'd huddle to her best friend and never get to 
know us. Her friend, Lizzy, moved out to say the least. And since then she's really grown 
up a lot. She started out as just a freshman in college still into the high school mode and 
suddenly surprised us all to become a well liked, fun, and independent person. It wasn't 
until the last few months that we became close friends. Our other two room mates, Josie and 
Julie, were always together with Christi and although I was with them in their group, it 
seemed I wasn't there with them enough. So when they left and Christi was having a hard time
being alone, I decided I should always be there for her. Lizzy didn't seem to show her face 
at all except perhaps a couple times throughout the program. In a way, I think everything 
works out as it should. I'm going to miss her sooooo much. She hopes to come visit me 
sometime in the spring. :) So that should be a lot of fun.

Now, when I first met William, he drove me crazy. He was always around talking about weird 
stuff. But I think we first really bonded when we both realized we loved the same 80s movie.
Labyrinth. And what true 80s child didn't love that movie?!? It was great. Since then, we'd 
hang out after work going for a late night dinner to IHOP or Perkins (it's like a nice 
Denny's). I'm really gonna miss the crazy goof. And in a way, I feel as though I should 
look out for the guy. He's helped me a lot and I feel I owe him. He's really been a true 
friend to the end. And I'm really going to miss that.
