Lee had big plans for his 1993 Caprice Classic, but fate didn't have it in store for this one. A huge hail storm came through and TOTALED the ride. He searched to find a replacement that he would be happy with and he finally came accross this 1996 Caprice. Step back and prepare to be amazed!!!
