St. Patrick Day 2010

The 28th Annual Muncie St. Patrick Day Parade was orginially scheduled for Saturday March 13th but was moved to Wednesday March 17th due to the weather not cooperating(it was raining for more than 24 hours strait). Also instead of the 5:30pm start it was pushed to 7pm. That is the latest the parade has ever been scheduled at so it was interesting to see what the turn out was going to me.
Due to the change of date for the parade the "Floss 'N Gloss" section lost three of its representatives however a strong number of ten vehicles were in participation to bring cheer to the City of Muncie.
If you were at the parade you would have witnessed hundreds of people in attendance as well as 45 groups participating. In our section we started with Roy Davis(President) and his 2002 GMC Envoy with Carissa Miller riding shotgun and Kim Davis in the back seat. Second in line was Joe Watson driving his GMC Sonoma with Loretta and Aubrey and Patrick riding in the bed. Then we had Will Said(member) driving his wife's Honda CRV due to his Avalanche still being in the mechanic shop. Then we had Jacob Dalton(member)in his 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix with Jake Clifford ridding shotgun and Carl Crawford in the back. He was followed by Derrick Mace(member) in his Buick LeSabre with his girlfriend Carina Messer riding shotgun. After that you would have seen Aaron Cash(recruit) in his Black Chevy Extreme S10. Then we followed that up with Josh Sparks(member) 1999 Chevy S10 with Meaghan Warrell and Rachael Moore riding. He was followed by Josh Grayson in his Black Mustang. Then we had James Nixon(member) riding in Jordan Hamlin's 1994 Dodge Ram. He was blowing smoke as well as throwing candy. And last was Jason Carper(Vice President) acompanied by Lelan Carper(Jason's 8 month old son)in his GMC Silverado. In the bed he had Emily Bell and Hailey and Lyndsay throwing out candy while rocking their festive green hair and occationally blowing an air horn.
"Floss 'N Gloss" was the sole Car Club represented in the parade, AGAIN! This is the TENTH strait year.(counting 2009)
