This page of lavender & plum--and my work in AIDS ministry--is forever dedicated to my friend, Angela Lynn Castellan, who acquired HIV--the virus that causes AIDS--from her mother's breast milk.
Angela Lynn died on June 6, 2001, from complications of this disease which caused her so much pain, in physical, emotional and spiritual ways. But she never stopped believing in something better. She left behind some wishes and I will share some of them here from time to time.
Despite the great sadness and difficulty in the task, I intend to write a book about the experience of having met Angela Lynn.
Angela was my friend . . . and I miss her deeply.
