However, in the interest of providing a comprehensive history of the appearance of Eric Szmanda's head, I've decided to include headgear in my survey. Trust me, it's just funnier this way. And, for the record, I think Greggo makes a very fetching showgirl. N.B. The true "Carmen Miranda" headdress includes a selection of fresh fruit, not gold and silver ornaments.
