Thomas Olliver and Elizabeth Esan© Thought to have been born in Angmering, Sussex around 1670. The Olliver Family of Angmering1 website has Thomas baptised in Angmering on the 30th September. Elliston Descendants & Connections and Ancestry Public Trees have of Thomas marrying Elizabeth Esan in St Margaret's Parish Church Angmering on the 9th May, 16992 & 3. A Familysearch reference indicates Elizabeth, the daughter of Nicholas Eson and his wife Elizabeth, was baptised in the Buxted Parish Church of St Margaret, on the 5th May, 16674. Public Family Tress on Ancestry and Elliston Descendants & Connections indicate Thomas & Elizabeth had seven children: Thomas 1699; William 1701; Elizabeth 1703; Jane 1705-1756; Sarah 1705; John 1708, all baptised Ferring; and George 1715 baptised East Preston, he married Frances Barton 1744. Records Thomas died in Angmering late December 1725 and was buried in the Parish Churchyard on the 4th January 1726. An reference in the UK Extracted Probate records support this5. It is thought that Elizabeth died just a few short days after her husband, but to-date no record had been found.
