 
Step 1. : Decorate paper. (optional)Step 2. : Cut the decorated paper 1 in. larger than the binder on all sides. Center the binder on the paper. Trim corners. Turn edges of paper to inside of binder and glue. Cover binder with clear self-adhesive plastic film. Step 3. : Mount adhesive photo corners where you want your pictures to be. Then place the paper into a clear place pocket for protection and place in binder. Step 4. : Vaccination certificates, insurance papers, pedigrees, and not to mention cat show awards, are also best protected in plastic pockets. Place anything you want in this scrapbook.  |
