The Legacy Health
Foundation is committed to preserving your right
to privacy. We do not collect identifying
information about you, unless you voluntarily
submit that information through our contact and
volunteer pages, via e-mail, when making
donations, by telephone, or by other voluntary
means. Any
information you do submit to us is treated as
strictly confidential, is used solely by the
Legacy Health Foundation for internal purposes,
and is never sold to third parties.
Non-identifying information may be
gathered voluntarily for the sole purpose of
improving the design and content of our site, to
improve our products and services, to assess our
clients needs (such as through individual health
and nutrition questionnaires), and/or for internal research
purposes.
We will only
share personally identifiable information with
third parties when the person submitting the
information authorizes us to share (not sell)
such information, such as with other non-profit
organizations, or when we are required by
law. We do not recommend providing any
confidential information (including health
information) about you or anyone else to us via
electronic communication, as the Legacy Health
Foundation cannot be held liable for the
consequences of your disclosing proprietary or
personal information electronically or online.
Your privacy and
trust is
very important to us, and we would not
jeopardize our valued relationship with you by
inappropriately selling or disclosing your personal
