Why is it "Members
& Guests Only"?
Our Lodge is open to Members in good standing and their
qualified guests only. This is because the Loyal Order of Moose
is a private organization.
Moose welcomes
all applicants for membership, but we do not solicit new members by
advertising to the general public. Instead, membership is gained
through the sponsorship of a current Member. Any Member in good
standing can sponsor a friend or relative who would like to join
the Moose.
Members may bring "qualified" guests to the Moose Lodge for dinners, events and other activities. Guests are not allowed to make
purchases. "Qualified" guests are of three types: Prospective Members, immediate family members (i.e., wives, husbands, minor children, etc.) or unmarried members bringing in their girlfriends/boyfriends.
Prospective members are limited to two visits. If the member applies for membership, he may visit a third time for the purpose of
attending an orientation or enrollment.
These rules apply
to all events and use of the Lodge.
