Her new novel has everything a great book has to offer a reader: a wonderful, intriguing story, complex and equally entertaining characters and a world that will mystify and ensnare the reader. Her delight in this story is told through a breathtaking and rich story line, a majestic world and complex characters that engage and appeal to the reader’s imagination. From beginning to end, Ms. Leigh takes the reader to a new world where the characters shine with an ancient prophecy, an earth woman who is to save their world and a love that transforms them.
This reviewer was blown away at this author’s perception and depth while reading More Than Prophecy. By creating a world that is parallel to earth, she has a wealth of stories to tell and this reviewer is eager for the sequel to this splendid book. Her main characters, Cheyenne and Darian are wonderful yet complex characters that bring to mind the days of old when men were MEN and women were there right beside them every step of the way. They literally captivate the reader from the get-go. When Cheyenne and Darian interact with each other and with others, they come across with a lot of humor, warmth, love and lust, and all the other emotions that make humans what they are today. A rich and captivating story, More Than Prophecy brings to mind a book like Gone with the Wind, grandiose and breathtaking in every way. Kudos to Ms. Leigh for a touchdown with her second book. The reader will never be bored by the dynamics of Zandar and Darian and Cheyenne’s race to fulfill a prophecy that will change everything. This is a book to be read again and again. This reviewer highly recommends More Than Prophesy if you like a great story with many twists and turns that ends in a bang!
