"Andrew Isaac Whittaker said his Father was John Whittaker and his mother Ann Chantler. I have John Whittaker and Anne Chartler's marriage record that says that John Whittaker of Chorley within the Parish of Wilmslow and in the county and Diocese of Chester-Tradesman-and being sworn on the Holy Evangelists, alleged and made Oath as follows. That he is of the Age of twenty-three years and upwards, and a bachelor and intends to marry Anne Chantler of Mobberley in the County of Chester-aged twenty-one Years and upward, and a widow. They were married on the 13 October 1811.

I found Thomas and Anne Chantler in the Parish of Mobberly with three children they would be Andrew Isaac's half sisters.
Lois McEwan found the marriage of Thomas Chantler and Anne Chandley in Stockport. She also found Anne's birth date of 10 May 1787 and Christening Date 30 May 1787 in Stockport. Her parents are Azaiah Chandley and mother Elizabeth. Andrew Isaac Whittaker's mother is Ann Chandley."
