PHILOSOPHICAL NOTES

1. Ego, Temptation and Attachment are the evils of one's philosophical growth.

2. Hurting, Desire, Attachment and Not completing duties are the basis for re-birth.

3. Discipline, Will-Power, Absolute Devotion, Non-Attachment to bodily-related factors are the basis for one's philosophical growth.

4. Fear is on account of pain, sufferings, and death; as such, fear is concerned with body.

5. Body is a means to feel Maya.

6. Body is short-span abode, being one of different means of living, of Atman.

7. Therefore, discipline, virtue, and will-power keep the Atman in the path of real goal without being tempted by Maya.
