I guess my #1 problem over the years has been the always-hungry egg-stealing Raccoons! They love to give turtles a really hard time - and if there were a lot FEWER coons around......... there would be LOTS more turtles - since Raccoons get nearly every single egg in most areas! It's a wonder there are ANY turtles left since the trappers stopped trapping coons like they used to back in the '70's.
I'll be adding some more cool stuff to this page as time goes by........ and maybe another picture or two! |
