Hyla versicolor. A beautiful and varied species, and they often turn from dark (early in the season) to green. Their call is loud yet melodic, and there are two different kinds of "Gray treefrogs", and are both immediately recognized by their call. It is said the differences are microscopic, otherwise they are very similar. These often breed in "disturbed" areas, as well as swimming pools which have not been overly-chlorinated, as well as water-filled tractor tracks in a field, or puddles around construction sites, as long as fish aren't too common - especially if there are trees and brush nearby.
