OSG Meetings
Our monthly meetings are a combination of “collaborative workgroup” and “story swap.”
We spend part of our meetings focusing on a particular topic of interest,
such as audience participation stories, techniques for learning tales, etc.
The story swap portion of our gatherings are a way for us to try out new
tales, polish stories we’ve been working on, or get constructive criticism
on how we might improve our style.
Through our meetings, we hope to create a safe space where we can
find our storytelling voices. Those who are not yet ready to tell but wish
to listen are always welcome. Listeners are as vital as tellers to the art of storytelling.
All are welcome!
