Shipping is included in totals.
All CDs are Windows compatible and contain files in Word 2000, Word Perfect, RTF, PDF (Adobe Acrobat), HTML, and Works formats. The CDs are set up for printing or viewing.
  • The HTML file does not have page numbers, but it does have hyperlinks to the surnames.
  • The Works file was created by saving the Word file as Works. The further that you get into the document, the less the page numbers and index match. (The Works file has more pages.)
  • The PDF file can be opened by Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat can be downloaded free from the Internet if you don't already have a copy.
