Picture by Sherrie " Buckets of Tears " poetry by Lee * * * * * My heart was quietly beating In a lowly quiet tone, Writing sad, & lonely stories, While crying all alone. * * * * * My World was filled with Emptiness, Adrift, so Lost at Sea, With all my Internet, Friends out there, Just One Puter, And Lonely Me. * * * * * One Cry, In Anguish, to Our Lord, That He Grant me, A Special Friend. A Real Best Buddy, Forever true, That I may Cherish, without end. * * * * * My Lord chose to answer me, After Buckets of Soggy Tears, My Lengthy search, has come to end, After so many, enduring years. * * * * * And old ad, I Found in personals, To the point & So Discrete, "Only Serious, May Inquire Within" My Dear Angel, Only Minutes, Down the Street. * * * * * I wrote her some notes about me, And a few More Facts of Life, Just A Month, And One Half Later, She shared My Hand, To Be My Wife. * * * * * My Lord In Heaven, Withheld Nothing, As He Bestowed, His Very Best, The Sweetest Angel, adrift from Heaven, Her Warm Smile, So Heavenly Blessed. * * * * * "Marriage, is Forever Son," So don't ever, Let her go, My Choicest Angel, I Bid to You, May your Love Blossom, Like a Rose * * * * * May you Share your Every Tomorrow, Holding Hands each Loving Step, May you Both Unite, at My Pearly Gates, For My Love, You Each, Have Kept.
