Background by Lee Poetry by Lee Mice In Heaven Two little mice have come to Heaven, To ask Our Lord to let them In. But Heaven is for faithful People, Who, Have Not, Lived in Sin. But the Little Mice they begged & pleaded, Please, no wrong that we have done. We've been your little children, And have taken only wasted crumbs. OurLord said told them kindly, Then you are Welcome to My Home. Where ever, you may wish to go, You are always, free to Roam. The next Day Our Lord asked them, How is Heaven, My Little Ones? Heaven, is so big for us, It's hard to get much done. Our Lord gave them Roller Skates, To help them get around, And the cheerful Little, playful Mice, Traveled, all across the bounds. On The next day, A Cat also asked , If Our Lord would let him in, But Heaven is for the faithful people, Who, Have Not, Lived in Sin. But Lord, I've been a good Ole Cat, I've been so very kind, And Since you've been, very good, You may share this Home of Mine. The next day Our Lord, asked the Cat, How is Heaven My Little One? Heaven's so very beautiful, Each day is full of Fun. I've found so many blessings here, It's a joy, to kick my Heels, Lord, You've thought of everything, There's even "Meals on Wheels".
