"Biker's Dream" Poetry by Lee Hello Mom, It's Your son the biker, I Bought a Virago, with 920 cc's, Life without my two wheel friend, Was an awful, terrible disease. I found it with a fireman, Who chased fires & the women of his life, And that poor old motorcycle, Withstood alone, them cold & lonely nights. But now that we are joined together, Never to be alone, Me & that Bike will ride, down yander, As far as we wish to roam. We can ride all through the meadows, And down those flowery trails, And take a trip along the Ocean, To watch the spouting whales. And when the redish sunset, Touches the land out west, My Honey & I will be riding, As she kisses along my neck. And soon we'll stop in the moonlight, And lay beneath the stars, We look across the pretty lake, And the lights, across so far. We thank Our Lord for the Heavens, And the Angels, above the sky, We hope to be always good enough, To join them when we die. I know, you'll think I'm crazy, For buying a bike, But then, I'll be riding on my two wheels, Until It's time to go to Heaven.
