Fruit & Vegetables, I found are so very great, I Searched so many hours, to fix this awful fate. Tumeric, & Cherry Juice, may cure so very nice, You Can Click on Web Search, for even more of good advise. 50 Million Years ago, my friend, Rex had it then, His Ankles would really Hurt, & He had trouble with his friends. Trynosarus Rex, Never tried his Artichoke, And if he tried some Cherries, Surely He may Croak. Friends were not so many & would'nt talk to him Much. Instead of asking for advise, He looked at them as Lunch. You may limit on the salt, if swelling still persists, But some you will surley need, if you plans are to exist. For inflmation, Iburprofen, & tumeric will also ease, And drink plenty of water, for this awfully terribe disease. And when you get much better, Just thank Our Dear Sweet Lord, For His Artichoke & Cherries, that grow in this fine world.
