"Old Lady Heart Attack" poetry by Lee It was a very long, long time ago, When I was a little one, We had a mean old neighbor lady, Who ruined all our fun. She would steal, every Baseball, When they rolled into her yard, We always played at Johnny’s house, When we hit the ball so hard. One Early Winter Morning, As she loved her untouched snow, We left a thousand footprints, Just so that she would know. Every time there was a problem, We would come up to her door, She said she had a heart attack, Don’t you come back any more. She would yell & scream & shake her fist, As we were leaving from her house, Never to repeat them dirty words, That came out, from her mouth. I wonder if she’s gone to Heaven, Or somewhere in between, I do not think, God’s Door is open, To anyone quite so Mean..
